YOU AGREE that due to customisation, to allow up to 14-21 days of delivery. Every piece of our design takes hours to make to conform to our high quality standard and to ensure only the best goes out to you.
All our designs are velcro fastened to allow for adjustments, fully lined and interfaced for better fit, comfort and durability.
Do take note of these important issues:-
- Fluff factor
Take note when your pets have just been groomed into a shorter coat or might grow fluffier coat in the future - Design factor
Due to size and fabric cuttings, design and orientation of embellishment might differ - Color factor
Due to computer monitor settings, lighting and camera settings, color might differ - Size factor
All our designs are made as the measurements given as it is, it will be your call if you prefer to make it and inch bigger or smaller, we will not be deciding it for you, as we call it our “perfect fit” to measurements
Shipping
Shipping comes from Singapore to WORLDWIDE addresses and we only allow shipping with tracking and it usually takes 6-8 working days to most countries during non-peak period season.
We are not responsible and have no control over the postal systems for late, lost or damaged mails once tracking number has been provided to you.
